How can I revise feedback  I left for buyer after they contacted me with refund offer. Thank you

In the first place don't revise feedback until you receive the refund and you're happy all is well with the transaction.

Secondly the seller has to send you a "feedback revision request" then you can ask for the feedback to be revised.
