 I purchased an item from them on the 27th of may and it never arrived. Also the item is no longer showing on my account even though the payment has been taken from my paypal account.

You can claim INR in eBay's MBG once the delivery time has passed (24 hours later I think but you can wait up to 28 days after to give the item time to arrive).

If the item turns up later, you re pay the seller.

I am having the same problem and the item has even gone out of my purchase history  ! I have e-mailed the seller twice and have not had a response  .  $ 149.00 has been taken out of my account  ....

How can buying off e bay be trusted again

When did you buy the item ? If it was more than 60 days ago use the dropdown menue at the top of your purchase history and change it to 2021.

Which service did you use? The seller offers economy, standard and expedited delivery from China, and the delivery frame varies of course depending on the service buyers choose (although expedited is just more expensive, but does not seem to be much better, as the last day of the estimated delivery is also over a month). For economy, the delivery frame is up to 2 months.

Thank you for you input, i have done all the things you have suggested, unfortunately the print out from when i purchased is all i have. There is none of the information showing on my eBAY  account or my  pay pal

What was the estimated delivery date?

And the seller's handling time

Have you changed the time period in the dropdown menu under your purchase history to cover the date it was purchased from the default ?

Have you contacted the seller?

It has been a day over 3 weeks  yet, so hardly unusual to not be with you yet given the seller is in China (and especially given the state of things at the moment) (and assuming it was even posted the day or day after you paid)

In fact, it would be pretty amazing to have arrived yet
