Have you contacted the seller?
It has been a day over 3 weeks yet, so hardly unusual to not be with you yet given the seller is in China (and especially given the state of things at the moment) (and assuming it was even posted the day or day after you paid)
In fact, it would be pretty amazing to have arrived yet
