Unable to communicate with seller who has not fulfilled his/her obligation to send items even after payment was made and multiple emails were sent.
I waited patiently and gave sufficient time for postal service to deliver items knowing sometimes they are slow in their service.
I was simply ghosted and never received items purchased..
How do I go and report this seller to ebay?

you have the MBG....what is the item number?
Don't play with dodgy sellers for so long in future and there won't be an issue
Use The MBG within the time limit .
Or better yet, don't give your business to dodgy sellers in the first place
You were not scammed , The seller you chose had more than enough negs to warn you, then you do not use the MBG
Emailing is not how to communicate with sellers, messages must be kept to eBay messages only
And leaving what could be considered 'threatening comments' by the bots could see the feedback removed
