Software once opened can be returned for a refund if it does not work on a no name branded pc if paid by paypal?

Hi Wondering if this can be returned  for a refund if it does not work on a no name branded pc, the picture indicates for hp or compac pc only but seller confirms will work on any pc when asked a question on the listing? If returns are refused on this listing or others software or non software do I have a leg to stand on during a dispute process if it ever happens?

I also would use paypal funded by a credit card don't know if either cover software once opened?

It the item is not doing what it is advertised to do then open a dispute via paypal for item not as described.

Are you sure the item is not a fake as this can help in the PP dispute.

After you open the dispute you can escalate to a claim when the system allows this and you will be asked to return to the seller at the address PP give you by registered post at your cost.
