I recently purchased a brand new camera flash for my business from a seller that told me they are an Australian business...but cannot supply a tax invoice for me. Do they not need to provide this for me to claim tax credit? They did say they can provide a pro-forma invoice but GST is not shown or charged. Does this sound correct?
