One amount is only a test amount to make sure funds are there so you are not charged fees if the payment bounces. That is not really taken from your account and will show as being credited soon.

Most people don't return to respond to members questions or post the final outcome though

Were they two 'real' deductions, or was the first a 'pending' and the second one a 'completed' payment?

Was it an overseas purchase?

The one item or more than one item?
