The keys are wearing off the Computer keyboard I purchased after 3 weeks

I've asked the seller for a refund and she told me this is normal wear. I told her I completely disagree, this shouldn't be happening after only 3 weeks of using it. No offer of a refund or replacement. What do I do next?
