This is a new thing, it's only started happening recently. I have saved
my password but it is still happening so what is the point of saving it
anyway? Is anybody else experiencing this? I hate the new ebay!!
I've asked the seller for a refund and she told me this is normal wear.
I told her I completely disagree, this shouldn't be happening after only
3 weeks of using it. No offer of a refund or replacement. What do I do
next?
