Did you buy it through the eBay site ? Is it in your "purchase history" ? If so, what is the item number on the RHS of the listing page ?
If "no" to the above then it probably is a scam. I hope you didn't click on any links in an email about it, if you did, run your virus and malware scans and think about changing on-line passwords. Beware of and phishing emails that may appear down the track.
