In "My Ebay", I can no longer see the purchase transactions already finished. there used to be lists for previous purchases with icons showing the progress of the transaction.
It all seems to have disappeared. When did this change take place and was there a notification explaining the change?
Has no one else finds this a problem? I feel so upset that I do not want to use Ebay any more.
There is also no way of contacting the company. I recently had to return an item and ebay email cofirmed that return postage will be paid by the seller. It cost more to return the item than the cost of the item in the first place. NOW i CANNOT SEE HOW TO RAISE A DISPUTE ABOUT THIS TRANSACTION. because Ebay ha s left no links to do so.
Can someone please help me to understand what is going on??
In your Purchase History use the drop down box at the top to change the timeframe from 60 days to whatever year you want.
You can go back approximately 3 years.
It has been like that as long as I can remember.
If the item has disappeared completely it means that ebay has removed it. If you have already opened a dispute you should find it in the ebay Resolution Centre. It could well be that the dispute has already timed out and has been closed by ebay.
If this is the case you may have to open a new dispute in paypal....you have 180 days to do this. I hope you sent the item with tracking as this is a requirement with both ebay and paypal disputes. If you do need to open a paypal dispute make sure you sign up for their Return Postage offer before openin the dispute.
