Why cannot process the vacuum cleaner battery and power tool battery order payment via Paypal now?

Plan to order one new 4600mAh Dyson V8 vacuum battery from ebay store, but cannot process the order payment via Paypal, would you please check and advise how to solve this issue asap? Many thanks

We are all having this issue, both in Australia and in other countries. We don't know if it is a glitch or if they have ditched PayPal for good.
