how to contact a non-responsive seller

I entered into a purchase by clicking buy it now, after attempting to contact a seller and making offers prior to doing so with no response. I figured clicking buy it now would elicit a response, however it has not. Is there some way to contact a seller other than through the 'contact seller' tab?

What response do you now require from the seller?

Did the seller have Make An Offer enabled on the listing?

If you do not pay perhaps that will lead to a response... in the form of an Unpaid Item Case...idk

I have the same problem with a seller too. He won't respond to my messages re needing a postage number for Australia Post to try to find my parcel. He said that it would be coming free via Australia Post and it would be in my hand 3-5 Feb, having been purchased on 23 Jan, Now I see the purchase has a delivery of up to 22 Feb, so it must be coming from overseas. I am trying to get in touch with Ebay to talk about this matter. Australia Post said one needs to report a parcel missing 3 days after final date listed. I reported it 5 days after. The seller wont talk at all. Even when I ask about buying another one of his prodiucts to test the waters with this guy. Please help me as it's a right mess.
