Have you tried typing speak to an agent in the chat bot during business hours? (that usually works)
Other members can't tell you 'why' if you have not purchased anything (if it were me in that situation, I would be notifying my bank on the spot *in case* it is a hacker trying to do a 'test' on making withdrawals without me noticing before trying to make a big withdrawal
ANY unauthorised charge and the first concern should be reporting it to one's bank
It actually shows the charge as being for eBay?
