Unless the seller is reading here, there's no point saying 'you should clearly state that in your advertisement'
People here are just like you, we are not responsible for how anyone else advertises their items
Ebay do not read these boards
It says the item location is Hong Kong and the seller has poor feedback
And doubt it would come with AppleCare anyway as it is dubious if it is a genuine product, plus I doubt it would be any more enforceable than a 'warrenty' as it is not from a proper store
