Hi
i have been looking at some Sony xperia mobile phones which seem to be a few hundred dollars.
however some phones are listed with a $5000 price.
with are sellers listing phones for $5000 when they only cost a few hundred dollars in a retail store.
is this some sort of scam as it seems rather strange and perculiar to me to list a $5000 mobile phone.
so can anyone provide further cooments on these exorbitantly priced phones.
thank you.

As mentioned it's to not loose their rankings when out of stock.
They put such a high price because they know no one is going to buy it at that.
If someone was to be a smart-alec and buy without paying, the seller just does an unpaid case to get fee back.
The O.O.S. function was only available to store holders but many sellers don't know it's now available to all members so they don't need to keep the listing live with ridiculous pricing.
