A/Post says Perfumes Sold on Ebay are Dangerous Prohibited Items to Save them giving a Refund

Australia Post delivered Chanel No 5 Perfume to the wrong address and admitted it was their fault & could not get the parcel back after numerous attempts. I have contacted AP & they have said they cant refund as it was a Dangerous item. I have sent perfume before and showed AP what it was & was not told it was prohibited to sell. I have been waiting for weeks for ebay to do something about this as I thought AP was going to refund me which they should do. They even sent me photos of the post box the perfume was left in & I told them it was NOT my post box.  Ebay use AP as their delivery service and should be able to fix this problem and get AP to refund the costs. If They use the excuse about Prohibited Goods I should be able to contact Consumer Affairs.

For the 6th time:

This is all we need to know.......Are you the buyer?

Did you lodge a 'not received' claim?

The rest of your responses are irrelevant to your current claim

You obviously work for Ebay they/you have been told and done NOTHING

I don't work for eBay . . . but it is clear for all to see that I understand how eBay works more than you do.

If you genuinely believe I work for eBay, then you must report my posts to moderators as it is against Discussion Board rules for employees to post without declaring that.

When eBay employees post on these boards, their ID on their posts looks like this 👇

Go on, do it, report my posts. I DARE YOU . . . I DOUBLE DARE YOU!!!!!

"You obviously work for Ebay" . . . pffffttttt!

You should fill out a TSFE form immediately.

I did do that but thought AP was going to pay the refund as it was their fault and told ebay this. AP told me it was their fault & even came to my home after calling to the house it was delivered to & told me they have had no luck getting the parcel back, They already sent me a photo of the wrong post box. I did not expect AP to refuse to pay and make up an excuse to cover themselves. I told ebay it was AP who was to pay.  I have contacted the sellers of the perfume & told them it is illegal to send perfume through post

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

You posted on a public discussion board, therefore you invited replies.  I replied because you clearly don't understand how eBay works.

I replied with factual information, and you accused me of being an eBay employee just because you didn't like my replies.

Have you reported me for being an eBay employee and not declaring that on my posts?  OR, have you realised how stupid that claim is?

So you told Ebay AP has to pay,  but now that AP have told you they are not responsible as you were shipping illegal products,  you want Ebay to pay.   Sorry you only get one bite of the cherry.

Move on and don't buy perfume using a postal method that is not suitable.

Your problem, not Ebay or AP.
