I have noticed that my eBay plus is not showing up at checkout. I was notified that the membership payment was taken out of my bank account but as yet no eBay plus action so far this year

Didn't receive full refund

Dear Sir/Madame I was granted full refund on my order No:14-12519-88463 but I received only half of the amount. Full refund should be 269 AUD but I received 2x 67.25dollars which is together 134.50. I have to admit I paid the item in 4 installtments....
