A good news story - thank you to a lovely seller.

Over the weekend I bought a big box of safety pins from a seller I have bought from before. I paid for standard post and settled down to wait the two weeks it usually takes for the AP camels to make their way across the Nulabor. Imagine my surprise when it turned up on my doorstep this morning in an EXPRESS POST satchel?
It's good to know there are still some STARS out there in the EBay galaxy.

As a relatively new seller I sent the wrong item to the wrong buyer.  Eeeeeekk what a nightmare!  The buyer who received the wrong item went to the post office for me and had it forwarded to the correct buyer (for free, thankfully).  End product was that both sellers got the correct items and I still got positive feedback.  Still think of both patient and understanding buyers with a 'God bless you,'!

nonny, I can relate, I have sometimes on-sent items for the seller to their surprise at my acceptance of doing so. We don't often talk about ALL the good that happens but quick to remember the bad.

That is something that I remember always, Soooo much good happens every minute that we can let the bad be water off the ducks back.
