A 9$ pick up fee mooted to collect missed items!
AP delivery staff, P.O. staff...usually, they are great.
The guys at the top...seriously!?!? Not enough bonuses already!?!?!?!

Another angle: when you go to pickup your parcel, they'll find it a hell of a lot quicker because there will be fewer to sort through (since everyone will pick them up early to avoid the fees).

Yes. Another...as I just saw the latest on exec bonuses.
Thread one was about hardships to sellers...this is me fuming about AP wasting it when they get it

There will be even fewer if people refuse to run the risk of a penalty fee going to the recipient. Bonanza for alternative couriers who will often redeliver.

What happens if parcel is sent to C & C (woolies) and not picked up? If there is no fee there, then buyers may start using that more. Then woollies will be complaining about parcels not picked up.

Once you are notified that your parcel is at Woolworths/BigW waiting to be picked up you have 7 days to pick it up or it is returned to the sender.
And there is no way you can say you did not know because ebay keeps sending you a reminder of the fact every single day.
