I don't think most regulars here want to abuse buyers, mainly the advice given is in order to help them.

I think what is possibly upsetting you is members are pointing out some of the pitfalls or where you may have gone wrong.

I am hoping you managed to get a full refund after the purchase back in Nov, where a bad seller was giving you the run around with partial offers.

If ever that happens, you are always better off just opening an ebay claim and following through, especially if you've bought from a Chinese seller. They know very well that if you win a claim with ebay, they have to pay return postage if they want the item back and often it isn't worth their while, so they will offer partial refunds instead.

Be careful even off ebay.  A friend of mine recently bought some items from what she thought was a site in Australia (not via ebay), only to find it was Chinese, item wasn't as advertised, they kept on about offering 30% refund or she could return at her expense but they said it 'could get lost in the post'.

Personally, I think the best approach on ebay is to check feedback before you buy a thing, plus check seller location. If in China, be very wary. I try to buy from Australian sellers with overall good feedback. Most sellers cop the occasional negative but if you see a lot of red dots saying item was faulty or poor quality or sales were cancelled, poor communication etc, back out and don't buy.

I know you'd like to see ebay ban some of the bad sellers but I don't think that will happen. As long as the sellers are sending the items and not just trying to take the money and run, ebay is fine with it as they get a sales commission. They don't guarantee the quality of the items.

They offer a money back guarantee if things go wrong-no item arrives or item is faulty or not what you ordered etc. To them, that covers any problems.

But it means if you have a problem, you do need to open a claim.

Nobody has attacked you or any other buyer

You simply dislike being provided with factual information which is based on eBay policy

You are the only one who has been attacking people

You have bought from sellers with poor feedback

You have failed to open disputes

You opened numerous threads with the comment 'eBay is scam'

You repeatedly ignored all advice given on how to check feedback and how to open disputes

You now come back and again abuse other members and make false comments

You are responsible for your choices

And attacking members for your choices says far more about you than members here
