Yes CQ, I received that one but it is absolutely useless to me as I don't have a car.
It seems a pity to me that they do not issue vouchers for unrestricted use or at least a voucher that can be used in one of the many categories that I buy in.
They are great at sending out useful vouchers to buyers with lowish feedback to encourage them to spend more...pity they do not reward high volume buyers occasionally.

As businesses both ebay and paypal must have advertising budgets so I suppose these vouchers are classed as advertising but IMO they are not necessarily being used wisely.
As a buyer only I am aware that the ebay/paypal fees are essentially coming out of my pocket...any savvy seller has them built into their prices.

I am really confused. I have seen everyone talking about getting the code but I never got an email. Now I log in and I am told I have $10 to spend for using the mobile app. What the? I never got an email (I double checked) and I'm not even sure if it will work if I try. Do I have to use my mobile to pay for the thing I buy?

Must be my lucky week. Already received 10% from eBay purchase for $140 item, $14 off, used by 25 September. I am now getting $10 off highlighted in eBay listing using PayPal, until 4 October, but code CMOB3 can only be used once.
This offer is not price restricted and can be any amount as seen by attached eBay print screen saved. I am not sure what happens if auction only goes to say $8. Does this mean you get the item for free with free shipping, or will PayPal return your $2, and you will make a profit, as well as receiving item for free.

Only works for purchases $50 or over.

I swear to god the over $50 part was not in there when I read the terms THREE times. Now it's there..... I'm also not getting an email, and the cmob3 code is also invalid when I try to type it in.
Thanks ebay for making the most complicated/faulty offer ever.

Well, I got a notfication message from Ebay for a $10 voucher today with code (CMOB3), logged in, bought something to find out that no such code exists in Paypal checkout. Online rep replied like a robot with standard, pre-programed responses saying the system failed to execute voucher offer..blah...blah...techincal team will fix within 24-48 hours...blah...blah. Now reading all the comments so far on this post I can see it is nothing but a scam. They told me to cancel the purchase until the voucher issue is fixed !!! Ebay suggests a cancellation of purchase !!! Can you believe this ??? If not a scam then Ebay misled you to believe in the voucher to make purchase and pay with your own money, this is deception. They should NOT have distributed to voucher offer messages before testing it properly. Does anyone believe a techicallly capable site like Ebay fails a very simple QA practice ?
