I hear you OP. Agree, its great when parcels arrive at your address as they should, but my goodness the way AP handle the process when it doesn't is a sad state of affairs.
If a parcel is misdelivered request an investigation and a written response providing you with explanation on every single occassion.
If the AP call centre agent is not helpful request to speak to their supervisor, or request be put through to the escalation team on every single occassion.

Absolutely agree with Cats, I have to say all my delivery peeps are excellent as are the local PO but I would be complaining long and loud if I received the sort of service the OP is getting.

I've lost items due to the negligence of AP a couple times. Which resulted in long, drawn out games of email and/or phone tag for days, even weeks, on end. I suspected my neighbours (who were openly dodgy but denied to have anything to do with my missing parcel) but alas couldn't prove anything other than I paid for an item, it was lodged in the tracking system as delivered but I never received it. That had me pulling my hair out for days trying to trace every step, overturn every stone, etc...
Not quite to the extent that you mention, but I feel your pain, OP.

welcome to the third world, your living in it now, postal in the old world never worked this way, when people took pride in their work, now days the dam call centers are al overseas, they dont give a toss about you and me they dont know or care to know the locals or our issues, i have had plenty of stuff going on, like mail that was meant to be signed for, just dumped on the driveway, sometimes you get it, sometimes it goes missing, and dont even get me started on insurance, there sems to be a scam for everything you do online now days and always a quick reply or reason to why it is this way you want to hurt anyone hurt they hip pocket and watch them all squeal no business might teach them all a lesson

Hi otakugal3000,
Sorry to hear that your parcels are being delivered incorrectly. Our parcels should be delivered the address listed on the parcel. Incorrectly delivery is an issue that we take very seriously.
Our contact centre will definitely be able to log a complaint for you and forward it to the delivery centre and pass it on to the drivers.
You can also send us an email through our contact us page on our website.
Please let me know if thereโs anything else I can help you with

Hi australiapoststore
If you do take wrong delivery and non-delivery of packages seriously, then why do the same delivery errors happen again and again and again. Even after one complains multiple times? Do you take the public seriously??
Maybe, just maybe, some of the people you employ as contractors really dont give a stuff if they deliver something wrong or lose/steal an item or two? It seems like any dipstick can be a contractor these days.

Hey otakugal3000,
It sounds like youโve had a bad run with us. If you do have previous investigation weโd be glad reopen the case. We can also make sure we donโt close of the investigation until you are satisfied.
Regarding your questions, I donโt have direct answers to these as we have to assess each complaint individually.
Sorry, I wasnโt able to comment further.
