Paid on 30-May-14 via PayPal, after 25 days, item still not arrived, contact seller, he replied he was in hospital, so, I was nice enough to wait for him for sometime, until two days ago, contacted seller ask where my item is? no response, yesterday contact him again, still no response.
I ordered the "FLEA SMASHER TREATMENT FOR DOGS" which costs me nearly $40 plus postage, and was kind enough to give seller plenty of times, and my dog was bitten by fleas like hell during that waiting time. what upsets me most is that, I have just found out that, this seller has been active on bay for the last couple of weeks as buyer buying stuffs, obviously, he is capable to send me the item or refund me my money without any problems.
Now, he finally made it past the 45 days deadline, he is not afraid to get kicked by ebay or paypa, isn't that an easy way to make money on bay???

Seller seems to have a lot of bad luck (hospital twice, sister's house burned down)
Too many excuses for my liking.
I have warned him in my last email that I will going to leave him a negetive feed back. And I know that, he will only replied under his feedback with the same old story just to make his feedback profile look nice. Just because he is sick, does that mean he can take people's money in exchange for a "sorry"? 😞

You could have started a dispute and let the seller know you did this , then escalated it after a short time .
Should you not received the item then you would have been refunded . If you did receive your item even when refunded you could just repay the seller .
Thank you for your input, I'm still scratching my head why did I let it go this far?
I will take your advice for my future purchase.

He lived up to his name alright. Lazy.
We all have our problems in life. He should have pulled down his ad if he was sick. Until now, he is still selling and he is still reading his feed back, he is still buying stuffs on ebay. And, he does not response to buyer's email who have paid him but received nothing from him.

Maybe you should have thought about your dog scratching. Unless you live in the bush, why would you let a seller string you out on something you could probably get around the corner? Unless your dog's health is less important than a cheap deal.

Davewil, I'm sure that comment is unreasonable. I would bet that Leeo looked after her dog and it was just an expression of how awful the seller is and they are stilll selling the same product.

The seller has been in hospital twice, their sister's house has burnt down and their mother has had a stroke.
I would think anyone buying off them should really consider what fate they are about to unleash on such a hapless seller,
or maybe any buyer should think twice about the any product they purchase from this seller, just looking their history would scare me off having any of their product anywhere near my family or pets.

Especially as they sell their flea shampoo in recycled Woolies detergent bottles to keep the price down. Maybe they are waiting until the washing liquid runs out before they can refill it and ship it out.

Lets hope they do the washing up by hand and not in the dishwasher otherwise buyers will be waiting for months.
