Paid on 30-May-14 via PayPal, after 25 days, item still not arrived, contact seller, he replied he was in hospital, so, I was nice enough to wait for him for sometime, until two days ago, contacted seller ask where my item is? no response, yesterday contact him again, still no response.
I ordered the "FLEA SMASHER TREATMENT FOR DOGS" which costs me nearly $40 plus postage, and was kind enough to give seller plenty of times, and my dog was bitten by fleas like hell during that waiting time. what upsets me most is that, I have just found out that, this seller has been active on bay for the last couple of weeks as buyer buying stuffs, obviously, he is capable to send me the item or refund me my money without any problems.
Now, he finally made it past the 45 days deadline, he is not afraid to get kicked by ebay or paypa, isn't that an easy way to make money on bay???

you were very kind to wait but where did it get you
25 days to wait for your items is too long
i give the seller 2 weeks and thats enough time and open a dispute with paypal

No matter how many sad stories a seller has (or a buyer, if it comes to that) never allow yourself to be hoodwinked outside the guidelines that paypal and eBay give you.
Sorry this happened, but you should have opened INR and then waited, you would have had an extra 20 days before escalating to a claim, and that would have allowed you time and saved you and your money.
Read the guidelines - Site Map - bottom of every page, and follow them to the letter.

You can still leave seller a negative though. Tell others to beware
Seller seems to have a lot of bad luck (hospital twice, sister's house burned down)
Too many excuses for my liking.

Being patient and giving a seller a fair go is great but there's no need to let it go that far .
You could have started a dispute and let the seller know you did this , then escalated it after a short time .
Should you not received the item then you would have been refunded . If you did receive your item even when refunded you could just repay the seller .

You are not the only disappointed customers leeo88. It seems he had an operation and then his mother had a stroke.
He lived up to his name alright. Lazy.

My goodness. The poor seller was also hospitalised with pneumonia before his gall bladder operation.

Why would you sit by and do nothing while your dog was being eaten alive by fleas?
That alone would have been enough for me to demand a refund so that I could purchase flea killer elsewhere.

Yep, I was foolish enough to trust the seller would have some heart and soul but I was wrong. I Eventually, I had to take my dog to the vet to treat the flea problem.
