I bought 2 DVDs from this seller on the same day recently. Both DVDs were posted to me the next day (according to the seller's notifications). One DVD arrived quite promptly. I never received the 2-nd one. My e-mails to the seller did not get any response. This was my first bad experience on eBay.

you cannot bad mouth sellers on the forums you will get in trouble yourself doing that.
If you paid by paypal open a item not received dispute.

You only bought them on the 27th January...you have plenty of time to open a paypal dispute for Item Not Received.
Why did you leave feedback before exploring every avenue to get your money back?

I cannot "badmouth" ?
I can and i will if i have to. They cannot take my money and not fulfil their duties. They don't even have decency to reply honestly.

And how do i open "a item not received" dispute ?

In purchase history go to the right of the item, there is more actions, click that, then click on resolve a problem, that will take you to the Resolutions Centre. If you paid with Paypal just follow the steps from there.

If you continue with that attitude you will find yourself banned from the boards. You must follow posting rules if you want to use the boards.
As for "if I have to".....there was no need to Name and Shame before opening a dispute. It is pretty safe to say that posting on the boards will NOT get you a refund, but a dispute will.

The seller's items are located in the US - they are almost certainly sourced from various suppliers after purchase, hence they will often ship separately from different locations. It's great when international purchases arrive quickly, but it is very common for items to arrive 4-5 weeks after purchase.

I have purchased many times from this seller over the last year with no problems at all until I bought two items (individually) last November. One of them arrived very quickly (within 10 days) but the other one didn't get to me till nearly 5 weeks later! They had been posted on the same date so the only explanation was that it was somehow held up in the postal system. You'll probably find that this is what's happened to your order.
It's not fair to leave a neg for the seller just because the postage is delayed - especially for items coming from overseas. Sellers have no control over postal service - neither in this country nor anywhere else.
