Beware seller <removed>

Just a quick heads up - there's a guy selling Playstation 4 systems on eBay Australia, he has listed six of these so far. I bought on (Buy It Now) and immediately contacted him through eBay to arrange payment/pickup. The description says prefer bank deposit', so I asked if we could do pick up and cash, then the trouble started. He said he was very busy and that it woudn't be available until the end of the week. While this was going on, I notieced the item had been re-listed! I asked him to explain (as the listing says "unwanted gift") and he said that he had two of them. It appears now that he has a lot more than that. The contact number for the seller goes through to his ex-partner who gave me his real number. She said that he has pulled this type of scam before. So, beware!

I haven't paid him a cent and don't intend to unless he fronts upat my door with the item...

Beware seller <removed>

Report the seller for false contact details. If they are daft enough to open an unpaid item dispute against you call ebay and explain what is going on. They offer Paypal so they cannot insist on bank deposit anyway. If they send a mutual cancellation request refuse it, they deserve to have to pay the fees.
