What help was Michelle asking for?
What help have you given her?
What help can anybody give her when she has disposed of the evidence?

Tippy's expressions of frustration are considerably better than your own posts which are basically just insulting and abusive. If you were aware of the history of the OP and her extremely frequent and wild and imaginative accounts of her adventures with buying on eBay, you could appreciate where the frustration is coming from.

I have sold a shedload of boots and shoes in UK sizes 8, 9,10 and 11 which I always say are the equivalent of an Australian size 10, 11, 12 and 13. I also give measurements and have never had a buyer ask to return them because they do not fit.
Of course I don't expect I have had a buyer who has ignored the information I give because they thought their ouija board was more accurate.

You really need to get out more.

I really don't know what the problem is.
I always buy my (small) Size 10s from photographs - no need to worry what size they really are.

I guess if they work out to be too small you could always cut the toes off to allow you more space...........or cut your own toes off! Problem solved. See, there are simple solutions to most of life's little problems.

We are beginning to sound like Cinderella's step-sisters.
They cut their toes to try to fit the glass slipper - didn't they.

Michelle, if they were the Vivienne Westwood boots, you left feedback for the seller "very, very nice, happy thank you". Why would you do that & then complain here?
