Because of the way ebay is set up, it can take a bit of work to look at the feedback summary where you can just click into the negs and neutrals.
If you just scroll through recent feedback, it can look like a field of green with just the occasional red dot. But it is always worth checking out the negs.
This seller makes a bit of a habit of either not sending things, sending the wrong things, or sending via kmart or Amazon.
Sellers are entitled to buy their stock from wherever they like but it is against ebay regulations for it to be sent directly to you that way.
I guess the best we can say about this is at least you got your item and the correct item, which puts you ahead of some other buyers.
But in future, make sure to double check feedback. Avoid sellers like this.
And google the item. If you find it cheaper elsewhere, from a reputable store or Amazon, just buy it elsewhere.
