Buying alcohol with afterpay?

I've noticed as of this week that Afterpay isn't a option when i try to buy alcohol (dan murphys,boozebud)
Is there a new ploicy out that doesn't allow this ? I was able to use afterpay with these sellers last week with no issues. or is there just a issue with the system atm?

If you are new to Afterpay, I believe there is a limit on how much credit they will extend. Maybe you've reached it.

I won't mention the pitfalls of buying non-essentials on credit...

yes, I've done it with easy before (two weeks ago) now the option is not showing up on checkout anymore

Of course , anyway I have been able to buy items  yesterday and saw that afterpay option was available at checkout .
