Can I open a Unpaid item case twice Please Help

I recently sold my digital camera to a Lady who within minutes of winning the auction Emailed me to advise me she didn't want the item because she couldn't afford it. After some back and forwards communication I decided to open an unpaid Item case buy clicking on the link under the drop down button to click the link  below the more action link  ( ad tracing number and mark as sent etc ) I waited the 4 days and lodged a Unpaid Item case , when I went to check again I went to click the more actions button but clicked on the blue mark payment as received by mistake and now eBay has closed my case even though I have not been paid for my item. I can't open another case for the same item and now eBay has sent me an invoice for $202.47 . Can you please help me.

No once it is closed it can not be reopened.

Click on customer support in the top RH corner then click on the contact ebay tab and follow the prompts till you see the call us in blue and click on that and you will be given the free call number.

They can read the messages from the buyer and tell them what happened and they should then credit the payment back to your account.

Sad situation you have found yourself in here. But now look at it from outside the box. How does ebay or paypal for that matter know that the buyer didnt pay you by means of bank transfer or mailed you a cheque? You have already closed the unpaid item dispute you originally opened only to try and open another one for the same item. Ebay/Paypal may see this as an attempt to double dip on payment.
