well there are a few things you can do
firstly ensure that you have allowed sufficient time for item to arrive, across aust. can take 10 days or more, from overseas 2 or 3 weeks is not unusual . How many 'handling' days did the seller have in the listing? maybe they only post once a week.
then check at your local PO. many parcels are just sitting at the PO awaiting collection.
I presume you paid by paypal so if the above two suggestions have checked out, then you can open a paypal dispute for item not received, up top 45 days from date of payment. if you still dont hear from your seller, you can escalate that dispute to a CLAIM and paypal will refund your $$

Oh dear, you bought those items back in early July.....you are completely out of luck now unless you funded your paypal payment with a credit card or Visa debit card. Ask your bank about a chargeback.
Why did you not open a dispute in mid August when you left a followup on the feedback that the seller left for you? Feedback is not for communicating with the seller....you should have messaged him and if he did not respond promptly you should have opened a dispute.

As a general rule for me, I don't expect anything to arrive from China until about the 3rd or 4th week from paying.
Remember it's on the slow boat.

I was obviously too trusting and desperately wanted the dress for a birthday party. I became suspicios when I received the following message:
Meanwhile, I will contact the shipping company to check the problem and speed up the shipping.
Look forward to your reply.
PS: friend, no matter what’s happens, please do not open EBAY case or leave us any low DSR in communication(less than 4 stars),while is harmful for our relationship, trust us we will solve all the problems for you)
Thank you for your suggestion to contact the bank. I will follow this option through.

Ok, being new to eBay, here's a few hard and fast rules to get you started until you get around to reading the site maps etc. Some of them I think you already know - but hey, in the interests of entirety an all.
1) I forgot to say hello and welcome
Hello
ok,
1) Always always use a safe payment method such as PayPal. Never ever ever pay by bank deposit unless you are in the habit of making donations to total strangers,
2) If you have any problems, contact your seller and let them know.
3) If the seller offers you a refund on return of the item - open up a PayPal dispute - NEVER send an item back without protection.
4) If you can't reach a resolution with the seller, open up a dispute - you have 45 days within which to do this, The problems you can raise a dispute for are Item Not Receivved and Significantly Not As Described
5) You have 60 days in which to leave feedback for the seller. Feedback is your indication of how you found the transaction experience. Make sure it is factual so that it doesn't get removed.
6) Always ask questions both of your sellers and here on the boards if you are unsure of anything.
7) Be nice to fish

On the whole, when you buy things on ebay, you will receive them.
That was true back in the days when we could only pay by bank deposit too, but these days I only pay via paypal, unless I am picking up an item.
There have been a few times I have been let down though.
In your case, I think there is a chance you may still receive the item, but the item should be here.Contact the seller and if there isn't an instant reply (within 24 hours), give negative feedback. That may goad them into action.
That message you received-I think what the sellers were trying to say is that if you didn't like the item, don't give bad feedback, let them know first so they could sort out any problems. It wasn't a suspicious message as such, quite a few sellers say similar things. It is actually a positive message as it means they are keen to please and their feedback is important to them.
I tend to prefer to buy from Australian sellers when I can though, because the postage time frame is so much shorter. I have known some friends who have been pleased with things from China though.
