I opened a return request and returned the item through eBay’s return system with Hubbed, like instructed by eBay, and the day after I did that, the seller sent me a message with instructions to return it through Australia Post instead. I’ve tried contacting the seller about this, but it doesn’t look like they’re going to accept or acknowledge the return the way I sent it as per eBay’s instructions. Are sellers allowed to do this? And is there anything I can do about it or do I just have to live with it?
