I have initiated a refund from a seller, who sent me an item that was not totally as described in the product page. Now Ebay say, in this case, the seller has to bear the cost of postage, which they have said I do.
I now want to Ask Ebay to step in to resolve this issue. Ebay say to do this, I go to purchase history and click More, where there is an option to ask Ebay for help. I have NO such option in my drop down list.
I go to the Support Centre and try to contact ebay that way, but the ONLY contact I can find is a phone number. I live in Australia, so there is no way I am phoning ebay in the US.
Please can someone help me with a way to contact ebay. Thank you.

Use the Australian 1800 Freecall number.
A phone call is the quickest and easiest way to contact ebay and it will not cost you anything.

I called yesterday to eBay on the issues of a return. Good luck!

It is better to ring ebay by going through the help and contact list as you get a PIN number or better still choose the option for ebay to call you back.
The call centre is not in the US anyway, it is in ther Philipenes.

ic, the mods may well edit that number out since they don't like eBay's phone number posted on the boards, hence why none of the regular boardies posted it.
