Hi,
bought a book, invoice for postage is wrong (for postcode & to the original postage on ad). Sent 3 emails, no response. Two phone calls to Ebay, gave me phone number but is for an investment company & they don't know the person. 2nd phone call to ebay they said I need to send an email to have it dealt with. That was the 12th, now the 15th no response from Ebay. now 10 days after sale. Where to next?

Have you paid for this? It sounds like you haven't. In that case I would not proceed with it as anything could go wrong and your chances of resolving any issues dont sound great.

No I haven't paid for it & won't till the postage is fixed. I don't think it's a dodgy seller, but I do think there is a problem with their contacts. I'm just surprised after 10 days they haven't filed a non payment . But I can't seem to get this resolved through ebay.

maybe give the item number - not the sellers name - here so that others can give an opinion.
when you obtained their phone number did you use the ebay "obtain contact information" link?

what is the seller's feedback like? are they new?
how was the postage wrong?
