I have tried to contact a seller concerning a product which I did not want on there email address and recieved a failure notice back saying the email address does not exist.
I purchase a Xmas Tree (1.8M 6FT Frosted Green Christmas Tree) which is not want I wanted it is so different to the add, so I want a refund. In my email I sent I ask what address to send this product back for a refund and the email came back to me as a failed email.
Can you assist me.
Thank you.

Have you used the contact seller button?
I believe such communication needs to be done through ebay not 'regular email'
By the way, this is a public forum made up of members such as yourself, ebay do not read these boards
not a good idea to give out your personal information for anyone in the world to see

If it is different to the listing then open a case with eBay's "moneyback gaurantee", don't send it back at your expense if it is "not as described".

Assuming the Christmas tree arrived before Christmas you may be too late to open an ebay dispute.
The seller could well be forgiven if he refuses the return on the grounds that you have had the tree over the Christmas period and now you no longer need it.

Sorry, I took a sticky beak at the listing using the item info provided here, but I can see it was purchased Jan 10th, so you should have a couple of weeks or so remaining before the option of an eBay request disappears.
