Hello everybody...I am trying to buy an item that cost 129.95 dollars but because i am from Greece i have to buy it with Euros...129.95 Dollars-->95.30 Euros and when i went to the bank i added 100 Euros...Everytime i try to buy it it says "We're sorry, but your transaction couldn't be completed using the selected card, Visa x-xxxx. This happened because it has been denied by the card issuer."I tried to buy a lower price item and i was able to buy it(a sticker)
Anyone can please tell me what is wrong with that?Cause i need that item...

You probably need to add more than 100 Euros to your prepaid, it's quite likely that with paypal transaction fees the amount is greater than 100Euros.

Paypal charge a transaction fee the same as banks do when converting from one currency to another, from memory it's around 5%.

I've just looked at one of my transactions through PayPal where they used a conversion rate of AU$1.00 equals US$0.89, the official rate given for the Australian dollar at that time was AU$1.00 equals about US$0.93.............so the 5% I quoted was pretty near correct.
