Cant purchase at checkout

EBay is stating at checkout that the seller does not post to my location and yet seller insisted that they do

I'm not sure what your question for other members is

Have you asked the seller if they can double check their settings?

Do you have a PO Box?

Did you clear cookies etc and try again after the seller told you they do post to your location?

Were you logged into the correct eBay site when you tried?  (as in eBay Australia and not eBay US or elsewhere by mistake?)
