I opened a case on 26/11/2015( Case ID: 5093945165).

I have not get any information from Ebay center. I think it 's  a easy case whitch I just ask to get money refund.

Please review my case as soon as possible.

Ebay do not read or respond on these boards, we are simply members just like you and nobody here can review your case or get your money. Have you actually contacted ebay with the case, or just posted here? IF you opened a case then there should be an 'outsome' listed under your seller dashboard/account history I should think?
