Mug seller.
I hope they gouge you make it up on subsequent purchases.
Honestly, you should take a look at yourself. Or at least what you post here.
You have previously bought from this seller, but you arc up at the first sign of a hiccup. And run to the boards when you KNOW we can't do anything.
If you received adequate service from this seller before, why would you not give the benefit of the wait in this case?
If you didn't, why would you buy again? Unless you were looking for an excuse to cost them money?
I have always given you the benefit of light relief disingenuousness; now I'm thinking the less charitable board members are correct.
Maybe set up a youtube channel if you crave acknowledgement without logic.

Correlation does not imply causation
In layman's terms...

if it was rodent food, it might of been intercepted by customs this time ??

I generally allow 4-6 weeks from the UK these days as they can be awfully slow for whatever reason. You say you've bought from this seller before? Chances are, you won't be able to buy from them again now because quite often when a seller has to refund someone, they put that person on their blocked list so there are no more problems with not receiving their items. If you do the right thing when it arrives and repay the seller, then you probably shouldn't have any issues buying from them again.
It is also possible, if it's pet food, that customs got it. In which case, the seller is not responsible for refunding as it's up to the buyer to know what they can and can't import. It even says in the help pages that if something is seized the seller isn't responsible. Just because the seller didn't upload tracking, doesn't mean there isn't one. Not all sellers upload the numbers when marking as paid. It gives them ammunition if a buyer tries to claim INR.

Hi Michelle.....
I am happy you got a refund.
Please now email the seller and thank them and assure them that IF the item turns up at your doorstep, then you will re-pay them... or you could return it i guess.
I have a cuz in the UK who once posted me a letter by snail mail.... it actually took 3mths to arrive in my letter box.
We had both forgotten about it until it arrived!
Might be better to ask for air mail postage from your seller next time

Hmmmm, interesting. I am waiting on a parcel, I guess I'd just assumed it would be airmail, also no tracking.
So a listing marked "Royal Mail International Standard (Small Packets)" would be surface mail then? OK I'm in a for bit of a wait in that case 😛 lol

International Standard Small Packets is an airmail service.
Any seller who uses surface mail is mad as it is not a service that has ebay or paypal protection.
I don't know why everyone is assuming that Michelle's package is coming via surface mail....Michelle did not know what service was being used and the seller has now refunded her anyway.
