Why are Chinese sellers allowed to use posts that deceive the buyer into believing the product is already in Australia ? They use photo's of Australia post in there advert and say they are here in Sydney ect. When in fact they send from overseas ? NOT HAPPY

They are not allowed, it is against policy. Zero scruples.

But all eBay Aus can do is report it to eBay Ch and they don't do anything especially if it means more money into China, helping their plan of world domination.
