Combined postage from new seller

Hope someone can advise on what to do. I purchased 4 small items from a new seller on 30/6. Combined weight would be no more than 250g. The seller states he/she will combine postage in the listings. Postage they have asked for is $25.80 (W.A. to Vic). I have sent 4 emails querying the high postage but as of today there has been no response. 

What should i do?

They have probably put the postage in as calculated postage, rather than flat rate for under 500g. Alternatively, if the 4 items are different items, and not from the same listing, the seller may not know how to send an invoice reflecting the combine postage amount.

There's always a chance that something has happened to the seller. They could have got sick and be in hospital, there may have been a family emergency where they had to drop everything and run. 

Can you send a "request an invoice"?
