Curious reply to a message, most curious...

I received a curious reply from a Chinese seller to a generic question asking for more details on an item that I was keen to purchase. QUESTION from ME - "I have a battery grip BG-E6 attached to a Canon 5d mkii camera. Will this viewfinder fit on the camera with this attached battery grip?" ANSWER from SELLER - "Dear friend, Thanks for your message. According to our record we have fully refund and the transaction was canceled, pls kindly have a check and thank you." Scratching my head on this one. I assume the seller does not speak or read English. I have not ever purchased anything from this seller, was planning to, but won't be as a result of this email response to a question about an item. It is my guess that this is a cut-and-paste thing the seller does, where "he" assumes that every question asked is related to buyers asking "him" where is my item, item not received, etc etc. A quick look of his feedback and replies given to disgruntled buyers confirms this. I would have thought that a feedback score of 99.5% out of 5000 would be good. But it seems this good rating is as a direct result of this seller claiming to have refunded money, cancelled order and then refunded, item was sent and never received but seller has a tracking record using Hong Kong Post that is no good to anyone, bler bler bler... I think the take-away-message is a simple one.... If you ever purchase anything and don't receive it, don't believe what is said to you by the seller.

Need to know accessory type...

If you clarify exactly what "the item" is under the cameras section, one of the Canon buffs will give you the right answer.
