Does anyone recognise this type of tracking #? APP2319339

Hi, I purchased an item from a seller who says the item location is NSW Australia. The tracking # provided is 

APP2319339, there are no details coming up. Just wondering if this is an Australian tracking # or if this item is in fact located in the Phillipines as suggested by a lot of this seller's feedback.  Curious as a lot of the neutral/neg feedback relates to slow shpping and items never showing up.

Does anyone recognise it, tried tracking through Aust Post and it says the number is invalid.

Terri,here is a link to 17track which is where I found the information.This tracking site doesn't always work but it was actually recommended to me by a Paypal employee-I think lol

You sometimes need to play around with the options near the bottom ie View Official data or Summary copy as it CAN say not trackable but it is.Hope that makes sense & hope it helps.:-)
