I've reported this seller and still no change, they refuse paypal and will only accept direct deposit
Monster Cable Products Beats By Dr Dre Studio Headphones
I now think as long as they get the fees they don't give a rats

Not a very bright seller either in the TOS they have:
I ONLY ACCEPT BANK DEPOSIT no PayPal as it has it's own additional fees and charges, any buyers that choose to pay using PayPal will be refunded and negative feedback will be left.
He obviously does not realise that he will be the one getting the negative feedback not the one giving it unless it is a pos neg which if report will be removed.
of course the scammers realize they sic (he) cannot leave negative feedback
...they are bluffing the buyers that do not know negatives cannot be left by sellers and relying on the gullible to capitulate and pay via bank deposit ....
a scam's success only pivots on the ability of the conner to get the mark to swallow the BS they are peddling.

Its pretty easy to get fake Dr Dre Studio Headphones, I use to sell the genuine ones, however with the market flooded with fakes its very hard to sell genuine given the price difference. Personally I'd stay away from any new sellers, with low feedback selling cheap Dr Dre's. Likewise I wouldn't be transferring money via direct deposit for them either as no comeback.

I agree with you that Ebay don't give a rats. Someone else has attached themselves to my account and Ebay say there is nothing they can do. I no longer have a paypal account because a user hacked my Ebay account and bought products all over the place. Paypal were on the ball immediately and were able to get all my funds returned to me but I no longer have a paypal account. Im sure Ebay can verify me through other means surely. Im now left open again with this other account being attached to mine. ggrrr

For your ebay and paypal accounts to have been hacked you must have done something that allowed it to happen such as clicking on a link in a phishing email. Ebay do do something about hi-jacked accounts if it is a genuine hi-jack and not just that somebody physically gained access to your account using your computer or Wi-Fi, that is nothing to do with ebay.
For reporting the obviously scam listings it is better to call ebay or post on the Hi-Jack hunters thread.

It was genuine and no I didnt do anything I shouldnt re opening anything suspicious or letting anyone else have my account details or use my computer. Paypal were fantastic and sorted the problem. But this current issue where another user has attached themselves to my account was reported to me by Ebay but they say there is nothing they can do. I find this hard to believe!

Viki, what do you mean there is another account attached to yours and ebay can not do anything?

Thats Ebays unwritten code of ethics and their motto:
