Ebay or Paypal returns

I have to send some cosmetics that are "off" back to the seller. Which is the best way to do it, Ebay returns or paypal dispute? I paid $46.51 to Pitney Bowes for seller to send, I suppose I wont get that back. Also which one has the seller pay the return postage? I will get in touch with the seller first to see if we can settle it.

If you deal directly with the seller and they refund you they will only refund the item cost.....the seller does not have access to the shipping cost when it is psid to PB.

I would go with an ebay dispute....item not as described.  You should get the full payment back including the shipping cost.

If the seller wants the items returned they should pay the return shipping.

If you go the paypal route make sure you opt into the return postage paid BEFORE you open a dispute.
