Ebay return page button doesn't work?

I wanted to return some rubbish item I was sold so went to returns but the submit return button doesn't work.

Any idea whay?

2) what is the item number?

Glitch?

Have you tried the usual clear cookies/cache etc?

Have you tried another browser?

Are you on the app or the real site?

The last time I tried to submit an INAD, I couldn't submit without photo evidence.  Try attaching a photo and see if that helps??

Yes I clear cookies and tried another browser. The "confirm button" still doesn't work.

I bought two separate items from this seller. This morning after many attempts I managed to actually submit one of the items but still can't submit the other one. The "confirm button"  is just grey, not blue as if it was turned off on purpose.

Finally it worked but I had to get my son do it on the phone.  He couldn't do it on his PC either. There are always some technical problems with Ebay, I never get that on other sites.
