I have become aware that this fraud has been running for more than 12 months. Why hasn’t the seller been shut down. <Removed> with PayPal receipts in the name of <Removed>. She is assuming other people’s identities to set up accounts with 3rd party business. She then provides a stolen credit card to pay for the products. The products are often delivered before the card is discovered to be stolen so Ebay feedback is generally positive The 3rd party company only has contact details for me and demand return of products or further payment. Why hasn’t this been referred to the police?
I am disappointed this is not being treated more seriously.
