I get what you are saying and the tools are there to use, and 95% of the time there are no problems but you don't buy an item with the thought of maybe having to use those tools,
Thank you for your time

And eBay shows you the estimated delivery date before you bid and where the seller is registered
The seller's feedback shows you if they have a habit of lying about where the item is shipped from
The buyer is in full control of who they buy from and provided with everything they need to make an informed choice
What is you question for other members ?

There always late with delivery and send emails with excuses.
They mark the item as posted , But its not posted at all they have a shipping number provided by Australia post.
The seller's feedback shows you if they have a habit of lying about where the item is shipped from
Not always
The buyer is in full control of who they buy from and provided with everything they need to make an informed choice
The buyer is not in full control your taking the sellers word that the stock is in located australia
What is you question for other members ?
No Question just a whinge, Its annoying that this is happening where amazon for instance you know exactly where the item is coming from

No, you don't have to take the seller's word for anything
If the delivery is late, you open an follow through with an item not received dispute
Don't play games with a seller who delays and make excuses
Yes, the buyer is 100% in control
You are given all the tools if the item does not arrive
And you can leave your own factual neg feedback
And if the seller is sending emails, report that too, communication is suppose to be via eBay messages only
