Okay so I figured out what Ebay do, and this is a classic example; I purchased a filter set from them and the item I received only had 1 part of the filter, there was meant to be 3 parts to the filter, plus the filter that they sent me was the incorrect size. So I put in a dispute, saying wrong item sent, and at first they just ignored me, it took me several communication attempts to get my money back, which they eventually grudgingly did - in 2 lots. However on my next 2 sales, they both said they didn't receive the item, and I had to refund and considering I make a profit of $1.40 per sale, when I have to refund, it means I lose $7.50 - so I'm out of pocket considerably. I KNOW those 2 purchases were from EBAY, They did send me the wrong item, and I had to purchase a whole new filter kit from amazon

eBay do not sell anything
You open and follow through with an item not as described dispute, once
You cannot open 'several disputes'
You having no idea what you are doing is not a 'classic example' of anything
And nor do eBay buy anything off sellers
Kindly at least get basics facts correct before posting such nonsense
Your horrid feedback and your abusing buyers who give you negs says all about you

The name on the Paypal receipt was actually ebay, and not a verified seller. So I know perfectly well what I'm doing thanks very much, some people find it hard to believe the truth and reality, so when someone points it to them, they get all defensive.

You really need to learn your legal obligations when posting on a public forum, Yes paypal show the payment to ebay commerce, because all payments are made to ebay commerce before distribution to the individual sellers. It is known as managed payments,
I take it you are aware of the role large international security firms play, in monitoring all forms of media, for Brand protection of large international companies like ebay.

Yes, that's exactly what you're doing right now... although there's no need for the admission - we can all see your inappropriate behaviour.
And kindly refrain from calling other members "mongrels". It's totally uncalled for

Clearly you do not
Your reality is yours alone
Not defensive at all, simply against people posting false 'information'
Maybe read up on how Managed Payments works
And interesting comments considering the abusive comments you leave to your buyers and other members

Yes indeed Sandy, I wonder how many sales the OP has lost because of their abuse of buyers leaving negs?
It would certainly put me off from buying from them.

It took me a moment to work out what you meant but if I have it right, you are claiming ebay got upset that you were refunded on one of your purchases so ebay is trying to get back at you by claiming items not received on 2 of your sales so you have to refund them.
Ebay is a big company, huge, the cost of hiring people to sabotage you would outweigh the cost of the refund you were given on your filter purchase. Plus ebay is a selling platform, they are not the ones buying or selling anything. So I think we can rule out that scenario.
I totally believe you about the filter, but did you actually open a proper ebay dispute or did you communicate by messaging the seller and get a refund that way?
I have read your feedback and I think you have 2 problems.
1. Some people claim not to receive items
2. Some plants arrive in poor condition & some buyers are critical of your packaging.
For 1. You may need to rethink your postage to include tracking. If that is too expensive, if someone actually opens an ebay claim for item not received, just refund, never send a second lot. That way you are only ever out of pocket for one item.
2. Maybe rethink your packaging. It would increase costs so maybe make your items dearer to cover it.
You've obviously gone from 100% rating down to 94.2% and that can happen with just a few disgruntled people when you are a small seller.
Also be professional in how you reply to negatives. That can influence potential buyers. I know I always look at negs before I make a purchase. Calling someone a twit who had the audacity to complain or saying something arrived in perfect order (how would you know, if you don't even have tracking?) is enough to make some potential buyers think again.
It's okay for you to think these things but to put them in print for all to see is not wise.

Did you pay with Afterpay as that's generally refunded in instalments ?
Whilst I agree with everyone else about your comments to buyers , there is one feedback comment that if you reported it to eBay , all , or at least part of it, would be removed
The negative comment which promotes another seller is against feedback policy.
